I’m Joanne Kervick, staff governor and teacher in Year 3, Arboretum class. I chair the Governing Body’s Pupils and Curriculum Committee.
I worked as a teaching assistant in Nottingham City for over 10 years and then completed my teacher training in 2014. Since then, I have worked at Mellers as a Year 3 teacher. I am proud to work in a school which has such a positive, inclusive ethos and where the governing body works closely with the staff to ensure a rich learning experience. I am passionate that all children at Mellers fulfill their potential and hold many happy memories of their primary education.
