As you know, the school office gets extremely busy at times. Especially first thing in the morning when children are arriving late and also from 2.30pm onwards. A lot of the queries we get can be resolved online, via our Arbor app.

You can do the following things on Arbor:

* Update parent/carer details

* Update your child’s medical records/ GP information

* Pay for trips, school dinners, clubs and uniform

* If your child is absent, you can message or
e-mail through Arbor or alternatively you can leave a message on our dedicated absence line

* See your child’s attendance record and school reports

If you need support using the Arbor app, please speak to the school office during the quieter times of day, and the office staff can help you get set up.
