The 2018 performance tables have been published and Mellers proves once again that we’re one of the best schools in Nottingham!

The Primary Inspection Data Summary Reports for 2018 have just been released, based on the results of the tests that children take in primary school, and it’s great news for Mellers.

Our pupils’ progress in maths puts us in the top 20% of all schools in the country for the last two years, and their progress in reading puts us in the top 10% of all schools in the country.  Mellers is a very inclusive school, and our rates of exclusion are well below the national average, because we believe that all children and young people deserve the opportunity to excel.

At Mellers, our mission is to ensure that all our children have the skills and self-belief to be the best that they can be, which includes aiming for university and competing for the best jobs in a global market place.  These outstanding results show that we’re setting our children up for excellence.  Well done to everyone at Mellers!
