I’m Wendy Smith, former local councillor, former teacher of the deaf and associate governor. My role is to support the Focus Provision for deaf children and to share my knowledge and skills with the governing body. I’m excited about this new chapter in the history of deaf education in Nottingham City which I know will benefit both deaf and hearing children and adults.
